The ‘Fusion of the Five Elemental Forces of Nature’ is one of the highest forms of Taoist meditation. It was taught to Master Mantak Chia, one of Gilles Marin's principle teachers, by one of the last White Cloud Taoist monks in China. Adapted to the western mind, it represents the quintessence of healing for Gilles. Emphasis will be placed on emotional issues, and Dreaming Chi Kung will also be taught.
During this workshop you will:
- Learn to summon the 5 Elemental Archetypal Forces and practice Fusion of the 5 Elements Meditation,
- Gain insight into your internal and external universal energies, empowering you to truly digest your life experiences.
- Learn how to dismantle negative emotions as you are guided through internal alchemy.
- Gain an understanding through alchemizing emotional disturbances how to create harmony in yourself again and again, thus enhancing your creative energies.
- Reduce experiencing abstractly what you expect to experience, see, feel - and instead feel, see and experience what actually is: growth, change, evolution, health.
- Chi Kung (energy management) practices including the Microcosmic Orbit, 6 Healing Sounds and Healing Buddha Palms.
